Welcome to Cmajor Cleaning Service. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Cmajor Cleaning Service provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, laundry, trash removal, and floor care. Service details, schedules, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to confirmation.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked service. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Missed appointments without notice may result in full-service charges.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, or digital payments. Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Pets should be secured, and any hazardous conditions should be communicated in advance.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

6. Liability

Cmajor Cleaning Service is fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not reported before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to incorrect information provided by the client.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
